By creating an account, accessing, or using Taam ERP ("the Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific services you use.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2 Description of Service

Taam ERP is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) and point-of-sale (POS) platform that provides:

• SMS and email notifications
• Mobile application access

3 Account Registration and Security

To use the Service, you must:

10 Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected

11 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAAM ERP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR WHETHER WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Taam ERP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account closure feature in the Service settings.

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You fail to pay applicable fees
• Your account shows prolonged inactivity
• Required by law or regulatory authority
• We discontinue the Service

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain Your Data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations or allow you to export your information.

14 Modifications to Terms
